Assignment Contract: A assignment contract will be delivered electronically once an agreement has been made and must be executed by Buyer within 48 hours. Once the assignment contract is signed, we will introduce you to a third party title company we use who will help facilitate the closing process. The closing date will be written on the assignment contract.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of $5,000 must be wired to the Title Company within 24 Hours of Assignment Contract signing.
Due Diligence: Buyer will be able to request due diligence on the property with a minimum of 48 hour notice to RocketOffr.
Closing Costs: Closing costs will be outlined on the final settlement statement and vary depending on the deal.
